Presentation: Getting on the Social Media Bandwagon: Redefining Success in the Age of Content Convergence

imageRahel Anne Bailie is principal of Intentional Design, a consultancy that focuses on performance improvement for communication products. As a content strategist, Rahel works with organizations to help them recognize the potential of their content assets, and extend the ways they can put those assets to work.

Rahel has worked in business since the 1970s and in communications since the 1990s, giving her an appreciation of ways that organizations can use content to its full potential, and an understanding of the use and consumption of content in B2B and B2C contexts in multiple cultures and contexts. She has worked with content in organizations large and small, and has developed a reputation for her innovative pragmatism. She holds memberships in professional associations such as Content Management Professionals, Usability Professionals Association, Information Architecture Institute, and Society for Technical Communication to stay current in pertinent practice areas.
