Presentation: The Anatomy of a Personalization System: Three Case Studies

Derek Olson is Vice President of Foraker Design in Boulder, Colorado. In addition to scoping new projects as part of his business development role, Derek serves as strategic lead on key Foraker projects. Derek’s typical project role includes application and information architecture, user experience, SEO/SEM, custom search technology, content personalization, and designing custom community / social media applications.

Derek has been with Foraker for going on a decade now, and his prior industry experience also includes ethnographic research, usability testing, and championing the business case for accessible, semantic content.
