Graham Tillotson is an solution architect with expertise in content management and collaboration solutions. Trained as a consultant specializing in information management and analysis, Graham has applied client, project, and process management expertise to engagements in document/content management, data warehousing, web site traffic analysis, and application development. He has built out and managed numerous departments for software companies to support solution development and deployment. Clients have included Miller Brewing Company, McDonald’s, ABN AMRO, Morgan Stanley, and StorageTek. Graham holds a master’s degree in Rhetoric and Technical Writing from Northern Illinois University and a bachelor’s degree in English and Pre-Med from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He teaches information modeling courses on a regular basis and has spoken at conferences in both the United States and Europe.
