image As Director of Customer and Partner Program Development for Clickability, Rob Lamb is responsible for developing initiatives to extend the value of the company’s content management software-as-a-service. Rob works with sales, marketing and engineering teams inside and outside Clickability to forge partnerships that maximize the value of digital assets. Before joining Clickability, Rob held several management positions at Salesforce.com. He helped create and implement the Customer Success Program as well as the AppExchange partner program, which catalyzed a community of more than 250 integrated partner relationships delivering in excess of 500 solutions.
